Q. How do I update my membership information?
A. To update your membership information, first login to the website. Click "View Profile" on the top left of your screen (above the Logout button).

Q. How do I know when my membership is up for renewal?
A. If your membership is due you will see a notice in the lower right corner of your screen when logged in to the MAP website.

Q. I joined as a MAP member but am not receiving emails from the listserv. How do I access that list?
A. MAP members get communication from this site, but that is not the same as subscribing to the listserv. To join the listserv, please email Jim Fischer indicating your request to join the listserv and your connection to planning in Maine.

Q. I joined the listserv but can't remember how to change my settings or see the conversations online.
A. Visit https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/maineassociationofplanners/info to login and view listserv threads.

Q. I know I am a member. How do I find my membership record?
A. Thank you for joining MAP! You can find your membership record by logging in to the website. If you are unable to login, it is likely that you are using a different email address from the one you originally joined with. If you continue to experience issues, please email the Membership Secretary.

Q. I know I joined MAP using this web site but I no longer receive e-mails, renewals or newsletters. What can I do?
A. Please login to the website and confirm that the email address listed in your member profile is correct. If you continue to experience issues, please email the Membership Secretary.

Q. I registered for an event and received an email confirming registration but none of my membership information shows up in the registration or in the email. Is there an issue with my membership?
A. You may have registered for the event with a different email from the one associated with your membership. Please login and confirm that the email address listed in your member profiles is correct. IF you continue to experience issues, please email the Membership Secretary

Q. I renewed my membership but I keep getting renewal notices. How can I stop these notices?
A. This issue may be caused by a duplicate entry in our membership database, likely a result of a change in contact information. Please email the Membership Secretary.
